We are living in very unusual times. After enduring almost three years of a pandemic and its associated hangover, we face additional challenges – inflation and economic uncertainty, strife and war on Europe’s doorstep, and significant political divide and polarization.
Despite the economic headwinds, we believe there will be opportunities in 2023 and beyond to be found and are cautiously optimistic about valuation and return profiles. Multifamily, industrial, and some other asset classes like self-storage could present the most resilient and compelling opportunities ahead.
